Niche Affiliate Marketing Program - 3 Myths You Must Know About Niche Marketing

Date March 19, 2008

Niches Snitches!Forgive me for ever ranting this out but I have to share with you a few things that I’ve learned during my marketing work schedule and marketing tasks.

You see, even though I’ve been able to generate a good amount of income online I still do keep track of things.

Recently, there is also an upswing of how big marketers are promoting the latest ‘big ticket’ items and so forth.

“How to dominate any niche affiliate marketing program

Lately, everyone talks about niche this and niche that.

Okay, thats great but what about the rest of us who is stuck in “what-niche-should-I-start-world?”.

That is one of the biggest questions I see.

So I’m going going to dispel certain myths about niche affiliate marketing programs:

Myth #1: A Passion In Niche Affiliate Marketing Programs

Now, that is an outrageous advice to be given out to anyone online. Here is what I have observed. Many affiliate marketers who are marketing in some specific niche markets usually write articles that look like its generally aimed at generating traffic alone.

This means some niche content that gets posted to draw traffic usually lack real substance to give any real value. Why do they still do that?

Its simple really. Because there is money to be made in that niche! Think about it. Logically, you’d see lots of advertisers and websites on a certain niche online. Too saturated you say?

No way! The profit pie is BIG enough for everyone to even profit from a small crumb online. Some web owners will eventually lose their ranking position so you can truly dominate any market as long as you hold on and take specific actions.

Myth #2: Do This, Do That, Make Money

Contrary to what most marketers will tell you, apparently you will not be told everything that he or she is doing to make money in any one niche affiliate marketing program. So they tell you to do keyword research, start a blog or a website.

Oh yes… the more popular ones, submit to web directories and outsource some tasks.

Heck, if you knew exactly what they do, they’ll be really really afraid. Why? You will end up becoming their next competitor and they lose some of the profits they have been sitting on for a handsome few months.

My conclusion is while there are some honest marketers out there who will teach you how to do it right, hang on to them. Also, some real value often comes not in a cheap $97 ebook. It comes in the form of coaching and relationship with certain marketers.

When you break into that “inner circle of elite marketers” or even befriend them then make sure you respect the code of this circle. Keep those secrets among your team so that other marketers with no self respect will not abuse them.

“Ka-pish?”

Myth #3: People Who Has Snapshots Of ClickBank Earnings Are Good

Well, there are two sides of the coin here. I can tell if someone is really earning those big buck by making a check at what they are promoting and what niche they get into.

Often times, you will know if someone is genuine if you see the amount of work they put into marketing and generating income. What you need to do is make a quick research on that persons name and see what comes up.

You can make another quick judge by reading his or her multiple profile descriptions if they actually match your personality. Usually, an honest person will tell you real stories of how they came out of a rut.

Yes, I also noticed that there are many “Rags To Riches” stories circulating around the web and they all look believable.

People who are believable only really are believable when they begin to talk to you personally and tell you certain things that help you improve you life!

It doesn’t get anymore simpler than this really. For instance, I make it a point to personally answer the questions and emails that come my way to show my subscribers that I’m a real person.

Someone who cares and not just into promoting the next big thing out there. If there is a product that I doubt will help me, its very rare that I will actually promote it.

Yes… the money can be good but its not about that. Its about helping people achieve their dreams in their own terms and within their means.

In my upcoming project, I will focus on some detailed steps on how to achieve success in affiliate marketing and in my report, I will leave no stones unturned.

At the meantime, I’d suggest that you download my free report about Earning Money With A Niche Affiliate Marketing Program.

    Hi Ken,

Yes, You can’t imagine the number of stuff that is available online. Normally, it takes an averagely good marketer to differentiate between what is real and what is not.

    Hi Kendra,

Glad you liked it. If you are really wanting to break
into the inner circle then joining one is normally the
best way than just hoping to get into one ;)

You could say that what you are doing is to supplement
    your full time job.

But well, I’ve just come into realization lately that it
takes a good amount of planning before you actually
    execute it.

Or else we are just shooting in the dark.

    Thanks for the good compliment!
